JobContax - Screening Process

We have a proven track record of over a decade of partnering with our clients to consistently source, screen and select quality candidates. Our methodology is to focus on taking time to discuss and understand client technical requirements in great detail and to rigorously screen candidates accordingly for competence and ‘cultural fit’.

Once we fully understand the role requirements, we only send the most appropriate candidates. Our shortlist for most roles is usually 5-10 candidates; however these are relevant, interested and suitable candidates. We would expect 70% of them to be interviewed and over half to get job offers. 

We do not send multiple CV's hoping you will pick up on one of them. We thoroughly screen all candidates, either face to face if this is facilitated by geography or via video/phone conference. We will never refer a candidate without their permission and after they have been given a complete background on the role and company.

Once you have reviewed the potential candidates and decide to proceed to interview, we then prepare the candidate for interview. We feel it is important to critically discuss your company, culture and processes  with the candidate so that they are enthusiastic about the position and their true qualities show at interview. We fully manage the candidate through the process from interview preparation though to contract signing, relocation and induction to ensure best results for all parties.

It’s this understanding, combined with a strategic mix of head-hunting, pro-active networking, database search and advertising that ensures we are always able to deliver professional, experienced and qualified candidates.
