Assigned Certifier - BCAR Inspections - Dublin
Our Client is one of the largest architectural practices in Ireland, working on a diverse portfolio of projects right across Ireland and abroad.
Control and update of assigned certifier interim inspections on selected projects.
Proofing, editing and formatting of individual documents in association with the BC(A)R team.
Assist in the CPD (continuing professional development) modules: assembling power point presentations, etc, in association with the BC(A)R team
Prepare, collate and issue reports.
Site visits, preparing site visit reports, witnessing tests.
Prepare, collate and upload documents onto the local authority BCMS (Building Control Management System).
Liaise and pursue Building Control offices (local authorities) as required.
Maintain and monitor trackers/diary re Projects and promptly highlight any delays.
Liaise and pursue Consultants as required for their submissions.
Maintain and monitor trackers re Consultants documentation received/outstanding on each project.
Previous experience in a similar role with site inspection and compliance experience.
Senior Architectural Technicians or Project Architect experience.
Site Experience necessary.
Good working knowledge of Irish building regulations and relevant Irish & British Standards.
A high level of communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Salary €55k - €70k based on qualifications and experience, negotiable for the right candidates.
