BIM Engineer / Technician - Data Centres - Waterford

Job Description

Our client is a full service provider of electrical engineering as well as instrumentation services in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Liaise with the project team to accurately model our installation requirements

Take a 3D model from LOD200 to LOD300

Attend and represent company at site BIM coordination meetings

Update the overall model with the company electrical installation

Prepare construction drawings for the company project team

Control the handover of built models and drawings to the Client and Construction

Requirements

Engineering degree/diploma or related discipline required

You will have a minimum of 2 years Revit MEP experience, working either in a consultant engineer or contractor environment OR 3 years of practical BIM experience

Proficient in in 2D CAD and Autodesk Revit MEP

Familiar with Mechanical, Electrical Construction

Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package  

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrate a high degree of responsiveness

Proven track record on Data Centres and Pharmaceutical projects

Package

Full time Permanent Position

€40k - €50k Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
