BIM Lead - MEP Revit - Kildare

Job Description

Our client provides mechanical and electrical consultancy services to the residential, commercial, micro-electronic, healthcare, municipal, educational, sports & leisure, high tech and pharmaceutical sectors.

Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team

Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required

Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams

Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up

Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support

Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines

Daily model management administration and maintenance

Manage and coordinate sensitive and confidential information

Daily cooperation with BIM Manager

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience acting in a similar role designing MEP services

Proven ability to lead a team

Hosting meetings if required

Must have experience managing a full library of works

Production experience in design, drafting or engineering

Must have experience managing and getting the best out of a BIM team

In depth knowledge of current BIM software versions

Strong communication skills

Must possess the ability to work well as part of a team or independently

Fluent English

Package

€45k - €65k salaries based upon relevant experience and negotiable for the right candidates
