BIM & Revit Engineer - Mechanical + Electrical Systems - Ireland 

Job Description

Our client is a leading Irish multi-disciplinary engineering business.

We are currently looking for a Revit Engineer / BIM Engineer to join our Team to work on a range of projects.

Support the Energy Performance Contracting team in designing the optimal engineering energy efficient solutions for a wide range of building stock

Produce mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics

Capable of managing outsourcers when required

Assist with the preparation of specification and tender documents

Assist during the implementation of works with sub-contractors and suppliers RFIs

Job Requirements 

Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks and CAD3D.

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Excellent knowledge of building services (MEP) design to deliver fully dimensioned working drawings

Holder of a Third Level Diploma/Degree in Facilities/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience in site works including auditing and identifying energy saving opportunities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer focus, ensuring a high profile in the day-to-day running of the sites and a consistently strong link to all stakeholders

Resourceful problem solver

Experience in auditing and identifying energy efficiency opportunities

Energy Auditor for SI426/SI599 / Certified Energy Manager
