Building Services Coordinator - Construction Contractor - Dublin

Job Description

Our client is a leading construction provider of high-tech cleanrooms, data centre solutions, quality fit-outs, specialised refurbishments, and turn-key construction of manufacturing facilities in Ireland

They are seeking a Building Services Coordinator for Dublin based projects 

Duties

Checking to ensure that Subcontractors are Prequalified prior to works commencing

Checking to ensure detailed methodologies are in place for all works to include Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

Checking documentation for adequacy advise and assist project staff in the development and maintenance the Construction Phase and Project Quality Plans and H&S Files.

Check for completion of Document Review Records.

Checking Induction training is completed for all on site 

Checking to ensure Task Specific Training is completed for all in the content of Risk Assessments and Method Statements

Check and collate all necessary statutory plant and training records

Check to ensure Tool Box Talks are completed at least weekly by the site management team

Coach and guide persons working on the project through the task specific Safe Plan of Action (SPA’s) required for all tasks

Check to ensure the project Quality Plan is in place  

Check to ensure the Inspection & Test Plans disciplines are being implemented

Requirements

BSc. In Building Services Engineering

3+ years’ M&E coordination services experience post qualification required working with main construction contractors 

Package

€45- €65K negotiable based on experience and qualifications with company pension and healthcare plans
