Building Services Coordinator - MEP - Construction - Westmeath

Job Description

Our client is one of Ireland’s most progressive building contractors.

Working on Dublin based large scale buildings projects.

Requires being knowledgeable with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details.

Liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with company standards and program the timely submission of O&M manuals, BC(A)R procedures and other duties.

Assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.

Supervision of testing and commission.

Liaising with site managers / site personnel & M&E subcontractors

Experience in building sector projects such as commercial, residential, education etc.

Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageous

Good communication skills.

Running Mechanical and Electrical technical coordination meetings.

Requirements

Qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

3+ years proven experience as an M&E coordinator or Building Services Coordinator

Previous experience on commercial and industrial projects is desirable

Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Project and knowledge of AutoCad

Package

€40K-€60K dependent on level of relevant experience and negotiable for the right candidates
