Building Services Coordinator - MEP - Construction - Ireland

Job Description

Our client is one of Ireland’s most progressive building and civil engineering companies. 

They undertake projects throughout Ireland and are a leading contractor in all sectors of Public and Private works.

Working on Dublin based large scale buildings projects, ensure that building services are coordinated within themselves, and with other building activities and installations

Supervision of testing and commission.

Liaising with site managers / site personnel & M&E subcontractors

Experience in building sector projects such as commercial, residential, education etc.

Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageous

Good communication skills.

Running Mechanical and Electrical technical coordination meetings.

Requirements

Qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

3+ years proven experience as an M&E Co-ordinator or Building Services Coordinator

Previous experience on commercial or industrial projects is desirable

Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Project

Package

€50K-€70K dependent on level of relevant experience and negotiable for the right candidates

Options on current projects in Cork, and Dublin
