Job Description

Our client are a leading Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy who are currently expanding their business and are seeking to appoint a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join the team in either the Dublin or Waterford offices.

Preparation of Development Budgets and Feasibility Appraisals

Implementation of Value Engineering

Preparation of tender documentation including Bills of Quantities

Analysis of tender returns

Preparing Financial Reports

Operation of in house Cost Management System

Compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems

Preparing Payment Recommendations

Agreement of Compensation Costs

Programme Analysis

Managing support staff

Requirements

Third Level Qualified in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or a related field

Chartered or working towards chartership

4+ years experience working on civil projects with main contractors or PQS consultants

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work proactively within project teams

Commercially focused

Package

€55K-€75K negotiable dependent on experience

Full-time permanent staff role with great career prospects

Choice of office locations Dublin or Waterford
