Contracts Manager - Utilities - Kildare
Our client is an international EPC consultancy involved the the design & construction management of Advanced Technology Facilities, Life Sciences & Chemicals & Data Centre projects worldwide.
Sourcing and Pre-Qualification of Contractors
Preparation and issue of tenders
Commercial evaluation of tenders
Chairing clarification meetings
Leading commercial negotiations
Preparing recommendation reports for Client approval
Preparing and updating Procurement Strategy’s
Preparing and updating Procurement Reports
Preparation of Contract Documents
Monitor contractors performance and drive improvement
Contract Management support during the construction phase
Other duties as directed by the Procurement Department Manager
Engineering degree or relevant industry experience
Min 10 years Engineering / construction experience in the microelectronics industry
Reporting skills including presentations
Cleanroom design or build experience.
Ability to demonstrate building strong working relationships & stakeholder management.
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good oral & written communication skills
Permanent position with excellent benefits or contract rate available
