Job Description

​Our client is an established fit out / refurbishment contractor working with Dublin based clients.

They are seeking an experienced fit out foreman / site manager with experience working on fast track projects values ca€500K

Trade Background / Qualification or Construction related qualification 

Experience on various types of fit out projects  

Responsible for the day to day managing of the site

Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards 

Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they’re in line with the programme of works on site 

Implement Health & Safety procedures 

Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget. 

3 plus years’ experience in the role of construction site finishing foreman 

Package

€60k - €75k negotiable based on experience

Full time permanent staff role, company van, laptop & phone
