Junior Building Services Coordinator - MEP - Construction - Dublin

Job Description

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading construction companies working on a range of projects from Commercial, Fit Out and Residential to Industrial and Pharmaceutical.

Are you a Building Services, MEP Coordinator with 3+ years experience in construction?

Working on Dublin based large scale buildings projects, ensure that building services are coordinated within themselves, and with other building activities and installations

Supervision of testing and commissioning of services.

Liaising with site managers / site personnel & M&E subcontractors

Experience in building sector projects such as commercial, residential, education etc.

Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageous

Good communication skills.

Running Mechanical and Electrical technical coordination meetings.

Timely submission of O&M manuals and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation

Requirements

Qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

3+ years proven experience as an M&E Co-ordinator or Building Services Coordinator

Previous experience on commercial and industrial projects is desirable

Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills

Must be proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Word & Project

Package

€40K-€60K dependent on level of relevant experience and negotiable for the right candidates
