Lead Structural Engineer - Dublin

Job Description

Our client is is a major international interdisciplinary practice of architects, designers, engineers and urbanists working together to create outstanding 'places for people'

You will work on diverse projects across many sectors including residential, education, retail and workplace.

You will be a structural engineer with circa 10-12 years consultancy experience, chartered

or nearing chartered status with experience gained working on complex projects in both

the private and public sectors.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent technical aptitude supplemented by outstanding IT skills and be Eurocode literate.

You will enjoy expressing creative ideas through sketching and will be able to communicate effectively to build firm working relationships with architects, engineers, clients and contractors.

A strong client facing skillset will be required for this role.

You will demonstrate the ability to take the lead on technical issues and have a

collaborative team-working style.

You will be able to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

You will be experienced in interfacing, communication and liaison directly with clients. Experience of some civil aspects, including drainage, attenuation and site development works would be an advantage.
