Primavera Scheduler - Cleanroom - Kildare
Our client is an international EPC consultancy involved the the design & construction management of Advanced Technology Facilities, Life Sciences & Chemicals & Data Center projects worldwide.
The Project Scheduler will be assigned to the Project Controls Group, reporting to the Lead Planner/Scheduler, and will be required to contribute
to the proper and timely completion of the project by monitoring the performance of the workforce by
measuring progress and productivity;
updating, analysing and continuously reviewing the design,
procurement and construction programme and the related documents.
The Scheduler will also review Subcontractors programmes to ensure interface and durations are compatible with the overall Project Schedule.
The Project Scheduler will be expected to review and challenge information provided by the engineering, procurement and construction teams.
Project Scheduler will need to have an appreciation for and experience of system integration within a multidisciplinary environment crossing HVAC, Cleanrooms and I&C/LSS/Electrical.
Maintain the assigned sections of the Project Schedule, as directed by the Lead Planner/Scheduler and in conjunction with the design leads, key stakeholders, construction manager and project manager.
Co-ordinate more detailed plans and schedules for major work packages with contractors, vendors, and internal team.
Extract and analyse specific information from schedules by the use of CPM, filters, lookaheads, histograms, S-curves, etc.
Publish variance reports showing planned/actual/earned/forecast data.
Establish routine progress update & reporting procedures in line with agreed periodical cost reports.
Attend all relevant meetings with sub-contractors and facilitate discussions on schedule.
Ensures the subcontractors programmes reflect the parameters imposed by the Project Schedule.
Develop detailed micro-schedules, sub-programmes, logic networks, in conjunction with subcontractors planning personnel, together with any other documents required for controlling the progress of the work, eg. ‘S’ curves, labour histograms, task sheets, etc.
Engineering Degree with 3+ years Scheduling and Planning experience in the Semi-Conductor, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical projects
Highly experienced in Project Controls (from Design to Procurement to Construction to Post Construction) and Project Life Cycles.
In depth experience of Primavera P6 Progress Reporting, Critical Path Analysis, Procurement Tracking, Cost / Budget . Earned Value and Change Control.
€Competitive basic salary - negotiable dependant on experience
Contract rates available if preferred €45-60p/h duration 12+ months
