Process Engineer - Biotech NPI - Dublin

Job Description 

Our Client is one of Ireland's leading EPCm consultancies and a global player in the Semiconductor, Pharma and Biotech sectors.

Process Engineer required for a new large scale Cell Culture facility in the Dublin to support their New Product Introduction (NPI) Team. 

The candidate will join their growing NPI Team in a Process Engineering/Tech Services role. 

Support package owner from Technical SME perspective – for HAZOPs, model reviews, FATs, IQ/OQ document reviews

Review & approve Delta V (MCS) documents & MES (SOPs) 

Prepare technical strategies for mixing & hold studies

Support and/or Author technical documentation for Tech Transfer such as Risk Assessments, Sample Plans, Qualification protocols

Provide on the floor support during Shakedown/Engineering batches 

Requirements

8+ years experience in the design/commissioning/startup of biotech facilities.

A third level degree

Package

Hourly rate €60 - €80 per hour

12+ month contract role, negotiable for the right candidates
