Project Administrator - Construction - Kildare
Our client is an award winning international Design & Build Contractor, who invests heavily in the development of their staff.
Reporting to your line manager your key responsibilities will include: -
Document control for the site management team;
Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for the accounts related activities performed on
Maintaining site order book and reconciling orders with delivery dockets;
Inspection of deliveries where possible;
Administering returns in accordance with Company policy;
Ensuring invoices and dockets are correct prior to going to Head Office;
Health and safety document control from subcontractors;and
Undertaking data entry and back-up.
Proven experience working within a Project Administrator function in a professional environment
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
Ability to manage and build relationship with diverse stakeholders
First-hand exposure of Management in the construction/civil-engineering sector would be advantageous
€30k- €45k basic salary and negotiable dependent on experience
