Job Description

Our client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. 

They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors to join a main contractor and gain project experience on large scale commerical, residential and industrial projects in Munster

Project procurement including issuing tender queries, preparation of tender reports and appointments in line with construction program to ensure delivery of project on time and on budget

Preparing monthly project payment applications and cost reports

Monitoring of project costs and agreeing variations with Design Team

Reporting monthly to senior management on the financial performance of individual projects

Requirements

Degree level in Quantity Surveying 

2+ years quantity surveying experience

Main contracting experience on large scale civils, building and commercial projects is essential

Package

Salary €50K-€65K and negotiable dependent on experience
