Risk Manager - Construction - Kildare
Our client is an international EPC consultancy involved the the design & construction management of Advanced Technology Facilities, Life Sciences & Chemicals & Data Centre projects worldwide.
Maintain the risk framework and error reporting policy.
When risk incidents occur the successful candidate must manage errors and follow up critical mitigating actions
Across all teams within Business Operations, ensure and support risk awareness
Select key processes for control risk assessment, perform reviews, identify areas of weakness and recommend control improvements
Risk Management Reports – prepare and present
Responsible for periodic Operational Risk reporting and MI production
Responsible for Operational risk incident capture and root cause analysis.
Support major projects by providing upfront risk analysis and ongoing support as required
Perform process control risk reviews identifying areas of weakness and recommending control improvements
Maintain the business issue/error tracking and resolution programme providing challenge and recommendations where appropriate
Organise and chair monthly Risk meetings with Department Heads
Work with key stakeholders across different departments
Strong Risk experience
Relevant Risk Qualifications or operational experience
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
