Senior CQV Engineer - Upstream & Utilities - Meath

Job Description

Our Client is one of Ireland's leading engineering consultancies and a global player in the Semiconductor, Pharma and Biotech sectors.

Support generation and finalization of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols

Prepare/support the schedule of qualification activities

Coordinate Vendors for Commissioning and Qualification activities

Support on Risk Assessments and Commissioning Protocol review/witness

Ability to generate, review and approve: Project CQV Plans

Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR)

Commissioning verification and witnessing

Functional Testing (FT)

Site and Factory Acceptance Tests (SAT & FAT)

Installation Qualification (IQ)

Operation Qualification (OQ)

Review and approve Vendor/Field Turnover Packs (V/FTOP) packs

Support system handover to Site Utilities & Facilities Departments

Requirements

A degree in science or engineering or equivalent with appropriate industrial experience

Minimum of 8 years experience of C&Q activities in a large project environment within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.

Hands on expertise required in one or more of the following areas: Black & Clean Utilities, Purification Equipment, Reactors, Filtration equipment, CIP, Upstream process, Downstream process etc.

Experience with Regulatory and industry standards for GMP and GEP

Self starter & good team player

Good oral & written communication skills

Package

Contract rates of €60 - €70 per hour, depending on role

12 month contract minimum with roll over likely
