Senior Electrical Resident Engineer - Dublin

Job Description

Our client is an international engineering practice, with multiple offices in Ireland who work on a range of design projects including life sciences, data centres, commercial, industrial and retail commissions. 

They are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer, with 7+ years experience in the supervision of major building projects and shall possess a high standard of technical training and experience. 

This is a long term contract role - initial contract duration for 12 months with possible extension for the right candidate to 36 months

You will be responsible for verifying that the Electrical works on a large sclae healthcare contract is completed in accordance with the Contract Documents. 

Ensure quality is maintained through on-site supervision of contractors works.

Meet regularly with the Contractor, Client and Design Team.

Monitor progress and agree actions with the Contractor if progress is unsatisfactory.  

Review the quality of the works and recommend remedial works instructions when non-compliance occurs. 

Maintain records and produce regular detailed reports on progress and quality matters

Requirements

Qualified Electrical Engineer, with 7+years experience in the supervision of major building projects and shall possess a high standard of technical training and experience. 

Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential.

Package

Initial 12 month contract and will extend to 36 months for the right candidate

Competitive salary package based on experience.
