Senior Environmental Engineer - Consultancy - Dublin

Job Description

Our client is an award-winning international engineering consultancy, currently undergoing rapid growth.

To ensure that Environmental Services are delivered on time and in full to the satisfaction of the client.

Ensuring Environmental projects are prepared to QEHS standard, meeting Client expectations. 

Build and develop strong working relationships with Clients. 

Co-ordination and preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment reports, and general environmental assessment.

Working with consultants in scoping projects and monitoring programmes, co-ordinating information requirements, project resources and specialist input. 

Liaising with clients, the EPA and/or other regulatory authorities where required. 

Managing Junior Staff on a per project basis. 

Ensuring the delivery of exceptional Client service 

Promoting a positive work environment. 

Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager at each meeting (at least weekly). 

Bringing to the Environmental Services Manager''s attention any potential issues that arise in relation to projects in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Environmental Consultancy (specifically in the co-ordination and preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment reports, and general environmental assessment)

Relevant third level qualification(s) (minimum Level 8), and will preferably be chartered within their relevant professional institution.

A strong track record in successfully managing and delivering environmental assessments for major developments would be key.

Package

Salary €55k - €65k based experience, negotiable for the right candidates.
