Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy - Dublin

Job Description

Our client is a leading engineering consultancy who specialise in Fire Engineering Designs & architectural and engineering projects to the Commercial, Industrial, Pharma/Biotech and Educational Sectors.

You will Oversee and manage complex architectural and engineering projects from inception to completion

Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal team members, ensuring project objectives are met

Monitor and control project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and obstacles

Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management and clients

Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations

Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams

Mentor and guide junior and intermediate project managers

Support ad-hoc activities assigned by senior staff from time to time

You will play a critical role in delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget

You will be exposed to a diverse range of architectural and engineering projects and challenges, providing strategic oversight and direction

You will be part of an innovative, cutting-edge team

Requirements

Candidate must possess a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline

Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant project management experience in the architectural and

engineering sectors, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and other relevant IT tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well as a team and independently

Package

Salary €70k - €80k based experience, negotiable for the right candidates.
