Our client is an established construction contractor with projects throughout the country

Job Description

Liaise with the Senior management teams, site, and office personnel to ensure the project meets the required standard

Regularly inspect the works for compliance with specification, quality of workmanship, building standards, Building Regulations, and adherence to the program.

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

Supervise and provide guidance and feedback

Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements

Ability to deliver the project on time and to perfection

Manage and motivate site teams

Conduct Risk Assessments

Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis

Ensuring that the end product meets the client’s expectation in relation to build and finish

Reporting to Construction Director

All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years working on-site with a construction/engineering organization

Knowledge and experience of fit-out works is essential

Minimum Degree qualification or higher

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals

Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Europe

Candidates can come from the client-side or from a construction contracting background

Package

€80,000 - €100,000 Competitive Salaries based on relevant experience

Work vehicle where applicable
