Our client is an international engineering practice, with multiple offices in Ireland.
Senior Water / Wastewater Process Design Engineer in Dublin office.
The ideal candidate will be looking to further their career and gain invaluable experience within a friendly working environment.
Undertaking engineering water / wastewater process design and project / team management for a range of water and wastewater projects
Commercial delivery of projects ensuring timeframes and budgets are met.
Provision of design and reporting within a multi-disciplinary office environment.
Management of client relationships on allocated projects, both internal and external.
Management of a diverse team of engineers Due to ongoing success in winning new and interesting projects in Ireland and abroad, our client are currently have a requirement for a Buildings Control Systems Engineer to join our Building Engineering group in our Dublin office.
You will work on diverse and challenging range of design projects across all sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centres, retail, leisure and educational.
You will work with our Lead Control Systems Specialist on a variety of projects designing the controls systems on projects through all stages from initial brief through scheme & detailed design to installation and commissioning support.
This is a permanent role and offers excellent prospects for career development.
Designing the controls systems and commissioning on projects to optimise buildings performance and management
Preparation of contract documentation, specifications and drawings
Coordination of work with others members of design teams
Keeping up to date with industry and technical developments and changes
Estimating costs and cost control
Surveys and site inspections
Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience
Chartered or close to achieving Chartership
Proven team player
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with local and central government approval and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills to develop effective, innovative and commercial solutions
A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
Well-developed interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and enhance client relationships
