Site Engineer - Civils - Donegal

Job Description

Our client is a civils contractor working on water mains, sewers, roads and bridge projects in West / South Donegal

Read and understand the Company’s Safety Statement and ensure that it is brought to the notice of any employee under your control

Need to be familiar with the Form of Contract on the Project and the implications that any variation or change orders will have on the program and costs

Setting out, levelling and surveying the site in accordance with the Drawings and Specification

Preparing Labour, Plant & Material Returns

Preparing As-built drawings, technical reports, site diary

Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, site supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project

Requirements

A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Min 3 years relevant site engineering on civils projects

Have experience in setting out, using GPS systems, Total Stations, and be proficient with the use of AutoCad software.

General day to day running of paperwork on a site, Method Statements, Risk Assessments preparation etc  

Experience on Water & Waste Water projects would be an advantage.

Clean Driving license 

Package

€50K - €65K + transport - negotiable based on experience
