Site Manager - Construction - Meath

Job Description

Our client has established themselves with a strong nationwide reputation in the commercial, industrial, retail, educational, leisure, healthcare and residential construction sectors.

They focus on the timely delivery of construction contracts with an emphasis on quality, safety and budget control.

The Site Manager is responsible for complete day to day operations of the site.

Daily duties include the coordination and supervision of on site personnel and sub-contractors.

The site manager will have sole responsibility for the resolution of any day to day issues arising on site during the duration of the project.

Liaising with Project Manager on day to day operations, Quantity Surveyor on cost issues and compiling the Variation Log and monitoring variations

Coordination of project activities, attend client site meetings

Manage Sub-contractors co-ordination and material and plant requisitioning

Requirements

Engineering degree/diploma or related discipline or Trade Qualifications (Carpentry) 

5+ years Site Management experience on buildings projects with main contractors

Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills

Package

€60k - €75k negotiable based on relevant experience
