Job Description

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations on site. 

They will oversee the running of site with regards to health & safety, programme and quality. 

You will report to the Project Manager. 

You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, whilst managing your team on site. 

Ensuring high-quality results 

Ensuring costs are kept within budget 

Managing employees, sub-contractors and materials 

Ensuring works are monitored and regularly inspected 


Requirements

Honours Civil / Construction Engineering degree with 5+ years’ experience.

Proven track record in delivering Data Centre projects

Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Computer literate and familiar with MS word, project, (or similar scheduling package), power point and excel.


Package

€65k - €80k basic salary and negotiable dependent on experience

Full time permanent staff role with great career prospects
