Architectural Revit Technician - Blackrock, Dublin

Office/Project Location: Blackrock, Dublin

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location:  Office Based / Hybrid

Pay:  €40,000 - €60,000 per year

Experience: 3+year

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our Client is a medium sized Architectural practice committed to innovative and specialised design and have a wide portfolio of projects ranging from healthcare to residential to education

Preparing documents to help with planning permission and similar approvals

Ensuring all drawings and details are compliant with client and project specification, Relevant building regulations and design standards and consultant's requirements

Generate and manage technical submittals and registers

Team members, incorporating details into production drawings

Liaise with Design Teams to clarify the scope of deliverables

Requirements

Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent

Relevant experience / qualifications in REVIT - modelling, 3D design / AutoCAD

Understanding of construction and detailing

Ability to work within a team, to formulate and communicate ideas.

Excellent graphic and presentational skills – photoshop, sketch up, hand drawing etc.

Excellent desktop publishing / office / word capability.

1 years+ work experience in a relevant architectural consultancy

Package

Salary €40,000-€60,000 based experience, negotiable for the right candidates.
