Our Client is an award winning, Irish artchitectural practice.

Their work spans significant residential developments, landmark commercial buildings, advanced industrial facilities, Education ,Healthcare and highly technical data centre projects.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our thriving practice. 

You will play a key role in the design and delivery of high-profile projects, working from concept stage through to completion. 

This position requires a strong blend of creative design ability, technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the construction process. Experience across our core sectors – residential, commercial, industrial, or data centres – will be highly valued.

Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications and Revit/AutoCAD documentation

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants across all RIBA stages

Deliver drawing packages from planning to tender and construction

Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with design intent and quality standards

Support sustainability, accessibility, and compliance initiatives within all project designs

Engage in client meetings, technical reviews and team design charrettes

Requirements

Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent

Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning procedures, and BCAR

Experience in healthcare, data centres, industrial or commercial sectors highly valued

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Excellent design and presentation skills, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse project experience and technical capability.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

€50k - €80k based on experience, negotiable for the right candidates
