BIM Coordinator/Technician - Fire Protection - Park West, Dublin

Pay:  €40k - €50k salary

Experience: 3+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is an Irish owned and managed company and has been in the fire protection industry for over 35 years

Sprinkler Protection Systems Design using Autodesk Revit & Auto CAD

3D model reviews, coordination, and project setup for sprinkler fire protection systems 

3D models clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks and cloud-based 3D coordination platforms. 

Conduct design coordination meetings involving both internal and external project team members

Compliance with company ISO & BIM standards 

Requirements

2+ years experience in the design of sprinkler fire protection systems to the EN/BS, FM & NFPA standards. 

Knowledge and working experience of CAD design software: Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD

Knowledge and experience of design, construction processes and documentation filing procedures 

PC Skills: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
