Our client is a leading provider of engineering professional consulting and support services with offices across Ireland.

We are seeking a highly motivated Bid Writer to lead and coordinate the preparation of compelling, high-quality proposals for major infrastructure and consultancy projects across Ireland. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a flair for persuasive writing, and can manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines with confidence.

Requirements

Proven experience in bid writing and/or bid management, ideally in infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy sectors.

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

Strong project management and organisational abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools (e.g., InDesign, SharePoint, CRM systems).

Degree-qualified in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business, Engineering) is desirable.

Package

Salary €50K -€70K depending on experience

Working Hours 37.5 hours per week with some 1-2 days per week remote hybrid options
