CAD Technician - Precast - Meath

Office/Project Location: Meath

Pay:  €35k - €40k

Experience: 3+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a leading precast manufacturer with projects throughout Ireland & the UK 

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Design Office Manager.

Drawing & detailing concrete structures using Allplan software.

Liaising with architects, consultant engineers, contractors and clients as required ensuring completeness of information and that all changes are reflected in the manufacturing process.

Thoroughly checking drawings prior to issue for approval and manufacture.

Requirements

Have experience in the drawing of reinforced concrete structures would be of benefit.

Have a good understanding of Auto-CAD

Have experience and knowledge of Revit or a similar BIM style 3D modelling package would be helpful.

Be very diligent and thorough in all aspects of their role to ensure that all panels sent for manufacture are correct

A Qualification in this field would be a distinct advantage

Experience on Allplan Software is an advantage

Package

Salary €35K-€40K and negotiable dependent on experience

Full time permanent role based in Meath, 8.30am-530pm
