Employment Type: 12 month rolling Contract 

Work Location: Site based 5 days a week

Contract rate: €90 - €100 per hour based on experience

Our client is a global engineering and technical professional services firm.

Our client is looking for a Process C&Q Engineer Lead / Senior Engineer that will report to the C&Q Manager. The role is fully site based, 5 days a week.

Filter Dryer and Utilities experience would be an advantage.

Job Description

The C&Q Engineer shall be responsible for carrying out the following project related activities:

Preparation of documents associated with lifecycle of C&Q activities for API process systems and Utilities.

Preparation and execution of electronic commissioning and qualification protocols (IOC, IOQ)

Field Walkdowns of systems as part of commissioning and the transfer of ownership of the system from Construction

Installation Verification execution

System Startup activities

Ensuring safe operation of the system prior to and during start-up functional testing commissioning and Qualification phases

Change Management activities during project lifecycle

Summary Report writing

Organize and review daily tasks/verifications and track the progress of the activities assigned

Contractors and/or Vendors coordination

Interfacing with representatives on project team, Construction, Engineering, Automation, Quality and End Users during the different project phases.

Requirements

A degree in science or engineering or equivalent.

OR

A certificate/diploma in similar areas with appropriate industrial experience

Minimum of 5 years experience of C&Q activities in a large project environment within the pharmaceutical, biotech or API industries.

Filter Dryer and Utilities experience would be an advantage.

Hands on expertise required in one or more of the following areas: API Process equipment, Utilities and Facilities

Experience with Regulatory and industry standards for GMP and GEP

Self starter & good team player

Good oral & written communication skills

Package:

12 month rolling contract 

€90 - €100 per hour based on experience
