Experience: 7+ years' site management on civil projects

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is one of Ireland's leading civil contractors, delivering major infrastructure projects, including ESB upgrades, windfarms, gas pipelines, and street upgrades.

The Civil Site/Project Manager will manage on-site activity across various civil projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion.

Propose suitable changes to design to improve cost savings, ease the construction programme, and enhance specification and quality on completion.

Provide ongoing advice and progress reports to senior management as projects progress.

Plan, maintain, and control the financial administration of all construction work to obtain and maintain maximum cost effectiveness.

Implement and enforce strict on-site health and safety procedures.

Prioritise workloads effectively and apply strong time management skills to meet project milestones.

Utilise strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolve on-site issues.

Requirements

Relevant third-level degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

7+ years' proven experience in site management on civil infrastructure projects.

Previous experience working directly for a main contractor

Proven track record of overseeing projects from concept through to successful completion.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and commercial management skills.
