Our client is an established civil contractor with the majority of its projects in the Meath area

An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join a civils contractor and gain project experience on projects in the Commercial, Health Care, Residential, Industrial Sectors.

Cost Management of one or more projects

Project procurement including issuing tender queries, preparation of tender reports and appointments in line with the construction program to ensure delivery of the project on time and on budget

Preparing monthly project payment applications and cost reports

Monitoring of project costs and agreeing variations with Design Team

Reporting monthly to senior management on the financial performance of individual projects

Requirements

Degree level in Quantity Surveying

3 years quantity surveying experience with construction contractors

Package

Salary €45-€65K and negotiable dependent on experience
