Site Agent - Civil Contractor - Wexford

Work Location:  Site based, D&B Watermain replacement projects

Pay: Salary DOE ,21 days annual leave,Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.,Pension Statutory Sick Pay Laptop & Phone Vehicle & Fuel Card (where applicable).

Experience: 5+years experience on similar water infrastructure projects

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a leading Irish Civils contractor who possess ISO9001 accreditation and continually lead the way in integrated services and support. 

They have a strong safety first attitude and their certified safety & environmental systems allow them to operate in a safe and more efficient way.

Site Agents required with a strong civil engineering background and experience in water, utilities or pipeline infrastructure. Previous experience on Uisce Éireann / Irish Water projects would be an advantage. D&B watermain replacement projects in Wexford

With a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to technical standards, this role assists in ensuring successful project execution within budget and programme requirements.

Monitor and track project schedules; provide progress updates and technical reports to the Project Manager and client.

Support in identifying risks, delays, and critical path activities

Prepare and issue required project documentation and records in line with contractual obligations.

Provide technical support to site teams

Support the preparation and review of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), electrical safety procedures, and other HSEQ documentation.

Carry out inspections and assist with site audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and electrical standards.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination issues, proposing practical solutions.

Requirements

5+ years proven experience as a Site Agent on water, utilities, or civil infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Full driver’s licence.
