Commercial Boiler Maintenance Technician - Dublin

Job Description

Carry out planned preventative maintenance across commercial, hospital, and healthcare sites

Diagnose and repair faults on commercial boilers, HVAC systems, and associated gas services

Ensure all work is completed in line with site safety procedures, EHSQ standards, and quality requirements

Build strong working relationships with clients and represent the company professionally on site

Work closely with the service desk to ensure prompt resolution of both technical and operational queries

Meet service level agreements and maintain excellent response times

Support and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and best practice

Participate in an out-of-hours rotational call-out service

Deliver work efficiently within agreed timelines 

Requirements

Relevant trade qualification and/or third-level qualification (essential)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or service role

Strong experience with commercial heating systems and plumbing

Experience with gas-fired AHUs is highly desirable

OFTEC certification is an advantage, though not essential

Valid Safe Pass

Full clean driver’s licence

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
