Concrete Site Manager - Building Contractor - South Dublin

Office/Project Location: Carrickmines South Dublin

Pay: €75K-€85K, Negotiable depending on experience , vehicle, pension 

Experience: 5+years working with main contractors on largescale RC - Reinforced Concrete projects

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a leading Irish Contractor who undertake projects throughout Ireland in large scale construction.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of site operations, managing teams and subcontractors while delivering a high-quality project safely, on time, and within budget.

Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion

Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Monitor site progress, quality, and programme schedules

Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance

Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep the project on track

Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role or similar on largescale Reinforced Concrete projects

Strong background in construction site management

Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site

Excellent organisation and leadership skills

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland

Experience delivering construction projects in Ireland

Salary €75k - €85K negotiable dependent on experience vehicle, pension
