Contracts Manager - Residential Contractor - South Dublin

Pay: €100- €120K negotiable based on experience & qualifications 

Experience: 5+ years in similar role working on similar projects

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors with residential projects in Dublin and have requirements for a Contracts Manager for projects in South and West Dublin

Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with Irish construction regulations and industry standards.

Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Coordinate with key stakeholders, including clients, design teams, local authorities, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on project goals.

Lead project teams across multiple sites, providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high performance.

Implement and maintain robust quality assurance procedures, ensuring project outcomes meet company and client expectations.

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Requirements

Hold relevant construction/engineering qualification

Main contracting experience

Previous experience working on a residential development construction projects.

Ability to work on own initiative

Self-motivated and hard worker

Strong team building skills

Analytical and decision-making skills

Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

Strong budgeting and financial management skills

Excellent written and oral presentation skills
