EHSQ Lead & IMS Coordinator - Dublin

Office Location: Dublin, Naas Road.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location: HYBRID min Dublin office 3 days per week with 2 WFH/Site Visits

Pay: €65K-€75K Company Pension, Private Health Insurance, Life Assurance, CPD

With a strong reputation for safety, quality, and operational excellence, the company is seeking an experienced EHSQ Lead to drive industry leading Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards across its Irish operations.

This position will report to the Operations Manager.

As EHSQ Lead, you will take full responsibility for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s integrated Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management system across multiple locations in Dublin and other locations in Ireland. 

Devise a strategic company development pathway and ensure full compliance with applicable legislation and industry best practice.

Lead and manage the company’s EHSQ strategic development pathway across it’s locations and departments

Ensure full compliance with applicable health &; safety legislation and environmental regulations

Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHSQ policies and procedures

Conduct regular site audits, inspections and risk assessments

Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

Provide guidance and support to the management team on EHSQ matters

Deliver training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programmes to staff and contractors across the various work activities

Correlate, record, monitor and report on EHSQ performance metrics to senior management

Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement environment

Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, stakeholders, and external auditors as required

Requirements

Third-level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline

5+ years’ experience in an EHSQ leadership role

Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and environmental compliance requirements in ROI & Northern Ireland

Experience of managing ISO standards (ISO 9001; ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and 1SO 50001)

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, excellent interaction skills,leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to influence and drive behavioural change across various work activities / participants

Professional membership (IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent) desirable

Package

€65K-€75K commensurate to experience
