Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Contracting Companies. 

Provide guidance, direction and support to all tradesperson on site.

Assign tasks to team members, ensuring work assigned is to project specification and completed in a timely manner.

Monitor quality of the work performed by the team, conducting inspections and providing feedback to the site Foreman ensuring compliance at all times.

Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety protocols are adhered to at all times promoting a safe working environment and work practices at all times.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action when required.

Liaise with client regarding works and requirements on site.

Monitor labour hours vs allowance on projects

Work across various small and keywork projects within the Keyworks Department to ensure all programmes and timelines are met.

Monitor material stocks on site to ensure continuity of works on site.

Requirements

Must have a strong electrical trade background.

Previous experience working on large and industrial projects.

Excellent organisation and communication

4 years’ experience post apprenticeship

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Good attention to detail

Package

Salary negotiable depending on experience
