Finishing Foreman - Construction Contractor - Cork

Pay: €65K-€80K, Negotiable depending on experience

Experience: 5+years working as a Finishing Foreman on commercial and residential apartment projects

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is a leading Irish Contractor who undertake projects throughout Ireland in large scale construction.

They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Civil, Residential, Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

They are seeking experienced Finishing Foreman to work on large scale commerical and residential projects in Cork

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Finishing Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all fit out packages onsite, the successful Foreman will work closely with the site personnel to deliver projects to the highest possible standard.

Supervise day-to-day site works

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to meet programme and quality standards.

Enforce health & safety on site, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Monitor progress, productivity, and sequencing of works, report to the Project Manager.

Liaise with design team, engineers, and client representatives to resolve technical and buildability issues.

Maintain accurate site records, permits, inspections, and daily reports.

Requirements

5+ years’ relevant Finishing Foreman experience

Experience with managing teams and large volumes of contractors.

Must be capable of meeting tight time frames and deadlines.

Strong leadership skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Package

€65K-€80K negotiable salary packages based on relevant RC frame experience
