Finishing Foreman - Main Contractor - Dublin

Office/Project Location: Dorset St, Dublin

Pay: €65K-€75K, negotiable depending on experience

Experience: 5+years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors with an immediate requirement for an experienced Finishing Foreman / Manager for a apartment block on Dorset St Dublin

Conduct your work in a safe manner – correct and take responsibility to ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.

Support the site manager in delivering the project

Manage and motivate site teams

Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site

Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards

Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis

Ensuring that end product meets client’s expectation in relation to build and finish

Requirements

5+years previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a carpentry trades background

Ability to work on own initiative

Self-motivated and hard worker

Strong team building skills

Analytical and decision-making skills

€65K-€80K negotiable dependent on experience
