Our Client carries out an expansive range of design services within the Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Operations industry, throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.

This is a full-time, on-site Geospatial Surveyor role based in Greater Dublin. 

The Geospatial Surveyor will plan and carry out land and structural surveys using modern surveying instruments and geospatial technologies, ensuring accurate data capture in line with project requirements. 

Responsibilities include processing and validating survey data, generating precise 2D and 3D outputs, and collaborating with BIM, engineering, and project teams to integrate survey information into digital models. 

The role involves preparing clear survey reports, drawings, and deliverables for clients, as well as maintaining equipment, adhering to Health & Safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement in survey methodologies. 

The successful candidate will also contribute to digital engineering workflows and assist in implementing innovative geospatial solutions on complex projects across multiple sectors.



Requirements

Strong geospatial and surveying skills, including experience with total stations, GPS, laser scanners, and related field data collection techniques.

Proficiency in survey data processing and mapping software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar CAD/BIM tools) and familiarity with 3D modeling workflows.

Solid understanding of coordinate systems, setting-out procedures, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys in an engineering or construction environment.

Competence in data analysis, quality control, and documentation, including the ability to produce clear survey drawings, reports, and digital deliverables.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with multidisciplinary project teams.

Relevant qualification in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in geospatial surveying.

Strong commitment to Health & Safety and safe site practices, with experience working on active construction or industrial sites considered an advantage.

Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland, the UK, and Europe as required.

Experience with BIM environments, digital twins, or monitoring systems is highly beneficial.
