Working closely under the mentorship of a Senior Quantity Surveyor across all project phases, you will support or take ownership of:

Project Estimating: Assisting with initial cost metrics, data collation, and budget models.

Cost Management: Monitoring ongoing project expenditures and tracking variations.

Reporting: Preparing commercial updates, cost plans, and baseline reports for senior team evaluation.

Requirements

Third-level, degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent structural/commercial discipline.

Previous summer placements or internship experience within the construction industry is highly advantageous.

Pragmatic mindset, strong personal initiative, and the capability to work effectively within a fast-paced commercial environment.
