Lead Project Architect / Technologist - Cork

Office/Project Location: Cork

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location:  Office Based

Pay:  €60k - €80k per year.

Experience: 8+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client has been designing buildings and environments since 1982; providing design-led solutions that are innovative functional, commercial and highly specific to clients’ needs. They specialise in the design and management of fire engineering, mechanical, electrical and transport services to all building types.

Requirements:

A qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist

8+ years’ experience

Proven track record of having led design and technical teams through construction

stages

Ability to work with a wide array of project stakeholders both internal and external,

in a fast-paced project delivery environment with an ability to influence the decisionmaking

process

Strong experience in large healthcare / education projects preferred

Excellent communication skills

Have excellent technical knowledge of building construction

Have good technical design skills

Hands-on experience managing a project through the RIAI stages

Full proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations

Previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects simultaneously

Package

Salary of €60k - €80k depending on experience.
