Lead Project Scheduler - Construction Phase - Leixlip

Office/Project Location: Leixlip, Kildare

Employment Type: Long term contract - min 12 months

Work Location: Site Based

Pay: €competitive rate based on experience

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our Client is a leading international EPC consultancy with offices in Dublin and Cork. 

Lead Project Scheduler is required for the Construction Phase of a large scale industrial project based in Leixlip.

Lead Project Schedule – CMV Project Scope

Ability to chair and run Interactive Planning / last planner and coordination meetings.

Ability to manage and interface with Sub-Contractors

Ability to establish and run an earned value progress reporting system.

Excellent computer skills including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite.

Previous experience of working within a multiuser P6 environment

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Last Planner interface experience

Good understanding of design deliverables and sub-contract mobilisation activities.

Requirements

10 years’ experience

Strong Industrial Background

Proven experience of leading a team of planners / working with a team

Strong technical knowledge – ability to read and understand engineering deliverables and drawings

Good understanding of the wider project controls functions and contracting interfacing (Tender milestones / Contract milestones / Extension of time evaluations)

8 hours per day 5 days per week - site based
