M&E BIM Coordinator - Pharma Projects - Dublin City Centre

Office/Project Location: Dublin City Centre

Work Location:  Office Based / Hybrid

Pay:  €55k - €75k salary

Experience: 5+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Multi Discipline Consulting Engineering Practice, delivering design, project management and construction supervision services to a range of International and domestic clients, primarily in the industrial sector and across a range of pharmaceutical, healthcare, process and food industry projects.

Requirements

Level 7/8 qualification in mechanical or electrical building services engineering design

Experience as a BIM Coordinator for M&E design

Extensive knowledge of BIM Authoring and

Management tools Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.

Good knowledge of other design software

Be able to take direction from Senior Staff

Be able to provide support and direction to Jr. Staff

Effective communication and cross team support.

Strong Technical problem‐solving skills with a proactive disposition.

Proven competency in working within the BS1192:2007, PAS1192:2013 and ISO 19650

frameworks.

Package

Salary €55k - €75k negotiable based on experience.
