M&E Co-Ordinator - Building Contractor - Dublin

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading construction companies working on a range of projects from Commercial, Fit Out and Residential to Industrial and Pharmaceutical.

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring all building services are coordinated with other construction activities, from specification and procurement through to the installation, testing and commissioning of services in a variety of commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare buildings.

Experience with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details, liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Company standards and programme.

Manage submission of O & M manuals

Ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.

Requirements

3rd level qualifications and at least three years experience gained either with a building contractor or in a skills transferable field.

Experience with relevant IT systems

Knowledge of AutoCAD is required

Ability to work in teams

Organised self starter

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
