Pay: €65K - 85K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.

Our client are a leading Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy who are currently expanding their business and are seeking to appoint an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the teams with a choice of offices in Dublin and Waterford.

Preparation of Development Budgets and Feasibility Appraisals

Implementation of Value Engineering

Preparation of tender documentation including Bills of Quantities

Analysis of tender returns

Preparing Financial Reports

Operation of in house Cost Management System

Compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems

Preparing Payment Recommendations

Agreement of Compensation Costs

Programme Analysis

Managing support staff

Requirements

Third Level Qualified in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or a related field

3+ years experience on M&E Projects

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work proactively within project teams

Commercially focused

Package

€65K-€85K negotiable dependent on experience
